iGaming Platforms
Deep, hands-on experience across the operator stack — from game server integrations to player wallets and operational backoffices.
12+ years building iGaming platforms — RGS integrations, custom PAM, backoffice systems, and the AWS infrastructure that runs them. Now shipping AI-augmented automation end-to-end.
I've spent the last 12+ years building software that runs casinos — from Remote Game Server integrations and Player Account Management systems to operator backoffices and the operational glue that holds it all together.
I work end-to-end: writing the code, defining the infrastructure, and automating the pipelines that ship it. On-premise racks or AWS accounts, Terraform plans or CloudFormation stacks — wherever the workload needs to live, I get it there reliably.
My working principle is simple: do it once. On the second time, automate it. Hundreds of bash scripts came from that rule, and lately so have a steady stream of AI agents and n8n workflows that handle the dull parts for me.
The aptitudes I've built over twelve-plus years shipping iGaming systems — and what I lean on most when starting something new.
Deep, hands-on experience across the operator stack — from game server integrations to player wallets and operational backoffices.
On-prem and AWS, treated as code. Reproducible, observable, and recoverable — never artisanal.
Polyglot by necessity. I pick the right tool for the job and ship it. Lately leaning into TypeScript.
From single-stage deploys to multi-environment, gated, blue/green rollouts — built to be boring and reliable.
Building with — and around — AI agents. Claude Code in the IDE, n8n on the workflow layer, custom MCP tooling glueing it together.
Pragmatic solution design. Right-sized services, sane data flows, and a relentless focus on the operational reality of running it.
A snapshot of platforms I've built, infrastructure I've stood up, and automations that quietly keep things running.
A ground-up Player Account Management system built collaboratively with Claude Code — KYC, wallets, bonus engine, reporting, and operator tooling.
Operator-facing dashboards: player management, transactions, RGS configuration, reporting, and the day-to-day toolset that operations teams actually live in.
Production AWS environments and on-premise stacks, fully codified. Reproducible, version-controlled, and recoverable.
Hundreds of shell scripts that replaced human toil — backups, deploys, monitoring, recovery, log triage. Pre-AI era, still running.
“Do it once. Do it twice? Automate it.”
Every repetitive task is a future bash script, a CI job, or — these days — an agent. Twelve years of that habit have produced a quiet stack of automations that keep entire platforms running while I focus on what's actually new.
“I feel like I’m entering my best moment.”
For years, the bottleneck was never ideas. It was execution. I could imagine systems, tools, automations, products, and workflows faster than I could build them.
Now, with AI as part of my process, that gap is closing.
I can finally move at the speed of my ideas — building faster, testing faster, automating more, and turning concepts into working systems.
